Jim passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving family and the excellent care of the staff in the Oncology Unit of the Galway Clinic.
Predeceased by his parents, Oliver and Bridie, his brothers Damian and Oliver and his sister Mary.
Deeply regretted by his devoted wife Bernadette (née Coffey) and his cherished daughters, Aoife, Fiona (Murray) and Corrina (Byrne), sons-in-law Phillip and John. His adored grandchildren, James, Eleanor, Eoin, Cian and Cillian.
Lovingly remembered by his sisters Irene (O’Connor) and Fiona (Cleary), brothers, John, Stephen and Vivian.
Jim will be sadly missed by his nephews, nieces, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family, dear friends and neighbours.
May Jim Rest Peacefully.
Reposing at his home in Creevagh (F31 EK15) on Tuesday evening from 4 o’clock until 7 o’clock.
Funeral cortege will arrive at St. John’s Church, The Neale (F31 D620) for Mass of The Resurrection at 12 o’clock on Wednesday, with funeral then proceeding to Shannon Crematorium (V14 PV30) for service at 4 o’clock.
