Árd de h-Íde, Church Road, Castlerea and formerly of Carrowbehy, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon – 1st April 2025, peacefully at University Hospital, Sligo.

Jacinta will be sadly missed by her relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

Reposing at Gaynor’s Funeral Home, Castlerea on Friday evening from 6pm until 7pm, followed by removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Castlerea.

Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday at 11am followed by burial in Cuiltyboe Cemetery, Loughglynn.

Jacinta’s funeral Mass will be live-streamed on St. Patrick’s Church webcam.

We are so up set when we heard that Jacinta Rushe had died we met her at the big Tom dances in the Catlerea Ballroom and Ballyhauins many moons ago dancing away enjoying the crack enjoying the music of Ray Lynam, Gene Stuart, Larry Cuningham, Phil Begley we had many a good dance keep dancing in heaven rip Jacinta. Our sympathy to all her neighbours, friends and all belonging to her.
