Clooneygrasson Upper, Ballintubber, Co. Roscommon (March 17th, 2025) – peacefully at Portiuncula Hospital.
Predeceased by his parents, his sister Bernie (Owens) and his brother Jackie.
Gerard will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his loving brothers and sisters Michael (Ballintubber), Patsy (Castlerea), Margaret Conneally (Williamstown), Noreen Tully (Glenamaddy), Eileen Connell (Dublin), and Mary Rose Hannifin (Dublin), his nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, brothers-in-law, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at McDonagh’s Funeral Home, Castlerea on Wednesday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock followed by removal at 7:15 to St. Croan’s Church, Ballymoe.
Mass of the Resurrection will take place on Thursday morning at 11 o’clock with burial afterwards in Kilcroan Cemetery, Ballymoe.
