Sincere sympathy to all Enid’s family. Beannacht Dé léi. I have fond memories of meeting Enid at art exhibitions and other events in Moygownagh. My mother attended the same art class, so our paths crossed often. Enid was always a joy to meet. I was lucky enough to win one of her legendary Christmas cakes in a raffle one year—I’m convinced she must have poured an entire bottle of brandy into it! She was an absolute lady and will be remembered with great affection. May she rest in peace.
