With deep sadness we announce the passing of Emily McVeigh (née Burke), following an illness borne with dignity and courage, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of St Joseph’s Ward, GUH surrounded by her loving family on Friday 14th November.
Sadly missed by her dearly beloved husband, Sean and her adored children Lucy, Jamie and Grace. Deeply loved by her parents John & Agnes, sisters Fiona & Aoife, brothers Shane & Brian, her brother in law Tom Corbett, sisters in law Emma Gill & Catherine Gould, her parents in-law Barney & Cathy and Sean’s brothers Colum, Brian, Paul, & Conor. Emily was a cherished aunt to Aobha, Matthew, Amy, Evan, Adam, Evie, Hailey and Chloe. Sadly missed by her relatives, neighbours, and dear friends.
Reposing at Suaimhneas on the grounds of the Church of the Annunciation, Clarinbridge (H91HW58) this Sunday 16th of November from 3pm to 6pm.
Funeral Mass on Monday the 17th of November at 11.30am in Church of the Annunciation, Clarinbridge. Burial afterwards in local cemetery.
Mass will be broadcast on parish radio 106.2FM and can be viewed on parish website http://clarinbridgeparish.ie.
