Saula, Achill, and Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, UK, peacefully in St Brendans Nursing Home, Mulranny, surrounded by his loving family on Saturday 2nd August 2025.

 

Predeceased by his wife Shelia, parents Johnny and Rose, brothers Patrick, Michael, Seamus, Ownie, Marty and Sean and his sister Bridie.

 

He will be dearly missed by his sons Edward and John,  daughters-in-law  Lynsey and Anna, his cherished grandchildren Noah, Niamh, Lyla and Molly, sisters Mary, Ellie and Annie, sisters-in-law Helen and Ruth, brothers-in-law Michael, Paul, Robert and Patrick, nieces, nephews and extended family and many friends.

 

May His Gentle Soul Rest in Peace

 

Edward will repose at Lavelle’s Funeral Home (F28 Y0H9) Cashel, Achill on Monday 4th August from 5pm until 7pm with removal to Church Of Mary Immaculate, Achill Sound. Requiem mass on Tuesday 5th August at 11am with repatriation to Peterborough, UK at a later date.
