Eamonn was a lovely young boy growing up and I have a lovely memory of him on the first day of his leaving cert exam. He had dinner with us and of course acted real cool about the exam!! I’m so sad to hear Eamonn has passed. Our days in Keenagh Primary NS & Gortnorabbey secondary school were memorable ones, a laugh a minute & such great characters and I esp include Eamonn in that- 40 years ago last month we did the leaving Cert & I can still hear Eamonn’s laugh as lots of fun was had through the years in St.Angelas – he left a lasting impression on us all- & in The years since, whenever you’d meet Eamonn in Keenagh church or Crossmolina it was like he’d never left- . May he now be reunited with his Mam & Dad & father-in-law. You put up a great fight Eamonn, may you now Rest peacefully x
