My sincere condolences on behalf of all solicitors in County Mayo on the dreadful news of Diarmuid’s passing to his wife Tara, children Isabelle, Sadie and Blake, his parents, siblings and all family members, friends and colleagues. I remember Diarmuid as a genuine, courteous, easygoing and fair minded Garda, always diligent and committed. He spent many years as a Garda in Castlebar and made a lasting and positive impression on his many colleagues. I extend our deepest sympathies at this very difficult time.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.

To Tara, children and extended Tuairisg family my sincerest sympathies, and I hope God will give you strength at this incredibly sad time for all of you. Worked in Castlebar at the time Diarmuid was there. He was a lovely guy, a big smile, good humour and a very warm friendly manner. May Diarmuid rest in peace.
