Clare Kennedy (nee Kyne)

Windfield Road, Menlough, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway and formerly of Houndswood, Cross, Co. Mayo.

Clare passed away peacefully on July 12th 2025 at UHG surrounded by her loving family.

Clare is predeceased by her parents Frank and Rita Kyne and her sister Olive.

Deeply regretted by her beloved husband and best friend Billy, cherished daughter Grace, brother Thomas (Cross), sisters Martha (Bane, Headford) and Bernadette (Cross), nieces Olivia, Grace and Jane, nephew James, brothers in law, sisters in law, relatives, neighbours, work colleagues and friends.

Reposing at the Oratory Fransican Agricultural College, Mountbellew (H53 WE00) Monday evening July 14th from 6pm. Removal at 8pm to St. Mary’s Church Skehana (H53 VK40). Funeral mass at 12 noon, Tuesday 15th July. Burial afterwards in the new Cemetery Menlough.

Happy memories during our childhood holidays to our Mums family also in Houndswood. Spent many an adventurous day lots of fun playing in and around the Kyne house.
