Claire Cunniffe

Main Street, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon and Salthill, Co. Galway.

April 13^th, 1933 – September 29^th, 2025

Peacefully in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of The Plunkett Home, Boyle.

Predeceased by her parents Gerald and Bridget, sister Evelyn and her brothers Seamus, John (Alo), Gerald, Gabriel and Paddy and her nephew James.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by her sister-in-law Una, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, her relatives, neighbours and friends.

May She Rest in Peace.

Claire will repose in The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen on Thursday from 5pm until 7pm.

Removal from the funeral home on Friday at 11.30am to St. Nathy’s Cathedral, Ballaghaderreen (via Main Street) arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 12noon, followed by interment in Kilcolman cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in Claire’s memory can be made to Dogs Trust Ireland
