It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Christina (Chris) Finan (née Feeney), Laragh, Ballintubber, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon, on the 23rd April, 2026.
Chris passed away peacefully in the care of Roscommon Hospice, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her parents, Tom and Mary, and her siblings Tom, Margaret, Anne and Jack.
Chris is lovingly remembered by her husband Michael and her daughter Niamh (Kenny) and son-in-law Sean.
Chris is also mourned by her sisters Nora (Treacy) and Mary Feeney (London), her brothers Pat (Bristol) and Peter (London), brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, as well as her nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Flanagan’s Funeral Home, Ballymoe (F45 DN79) this Saturday evening, 25th April 2026 from 5PM to 7PM.
Removal from her family home in Laragh on Sunday morning, 26th April 2026 arriving at St. Bride’s Church, Ballintubber for Mass of the Resurrection at 1PM, followed by burial in Ballintubber Cemetery.
Family flowers only please.
