July 14th, 2025 (peacefully) at the Mater Hospital surrounded by her loving family, predeceased by her parents Bernard and Mary, brother-in-law Joe O’Hara, and her uncle Christy Hughes. Caroline Anne is survived by her cherished and loving daughter, Christina, her partner, Mick, and her adored grandson, Caleb. Also, by her loving sisters Miriam (Tulsk), Josephine (Dublin), and her brother Bernie (Highlake), her aunt Marion Voights (Dublin), her uncles Tommy Hughes (Roscommon), and Willie (Tuam). Her adored nieces Stephanie, Emer, Orla, and Caoimhe. Extended family, her dear friends, and work colleagues.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace

Caroline Anne will repose at the home of her sister Miriam O’Hara Lismurtagh, Tulsk (F45 D232) on Thursday afternoon from 3 o’clock until 7 o’clock.

The funeral will arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Ballinaheglish, on Friday morning for Requiem Mass at 12noon, followed by burial in Oran cemetery.

I’m deeply saddened to hear of Caroline Anne’s passing ,a true friendship made in the Mater private with myself and my late husband Kevin a long stay patient many years ago .Caroline brought sunshine to many dark days ,her sense of fun, her caring and kindness always remembered,Sympathy to her close family and friends ,RIP dear friend you will be sadly missed
