It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing at her home in London, surrounded by her family, of much loved Bríghid McIntyre following a long illness bravely borne.
Predeceased by her parents John and Nell Kelly (Lisacul/Ballaghaderreen), husband Jimmy (Charlestown), and devoted friend and partner Seán Hogan (Croydon/Nenagh).
Bríghid leaves behind her heartbroken children, Joe (London), Eugene (Charlestown), James (Morocco) and Pearl (Charlestown), daughter-in-law Ann, son-in-law Tony, grandchildren Stephen, Laina, Amy, Lauren, Michelle, Justin and Luke, her extended family and very many neighbours and friends in Ireland and England who will miss her dearly.

Bríghid will leave from her residence (Grasmere) in London on Tuesday, 10th June, from 3.30 until 4.00pm for neighbours and friends to pay their respects.
Reposing in Horkan’s Funeral Home, Lowpark, Charlestown (F12 D393) on Thursday evening, 12th June, from 5.30 until 7.30pm with removal to nearby St. James’s Church, Charlestown for prayers at 8pm.
Funeral Mass in St. James’s Church on Friday, 13th June at 12 noon followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.
