Feenone, Louisburgh, Co. Mayo native of Ratesh, Kilconly, Tuam, Co. Galway (October 16th, 2025) – peacefully in the tender presence of her loving family and the kind care of the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of G Ward, Mayo University Hospital.
Predeceased by her husband Mike and son Anthony.
Lovingly remembered by Mary (Eddie, Westport), Eileen (Alex, Essex), Geraldine (Feenone), Deirdre (Kieran, Cork) & Rita (Michael, Cross), her eleven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, kind neighbours, and lifelong friends.

Bridie will rest in repose at Sweeney’s Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Sunday (October 19th) from 4:00pm, concluding with Vigil Prayers at 6:00pm.
Removal from her late son Anthony’s home (Furmoyle) on Monday at 11:00am to the Church of the Holy Family, Killeen via Cregganbawn and Feenone arriving for 12 noon Mass of Christian Burial, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
