Bridie Donnellan (née McGuire) (also known as Cis)

I am so sorry to read that Ciss has passed away and offer my sincere condolences to her family, neighbours and friends. I have very fond memories of her when I was growing up in Kilnalappa. Rest in Peace dear Ciss.

Sincere sympathy to all the family on the sad passing of Cis,Lovely person, May her gentle soul rest in peace.

With deepest sympathies to the family, friends and neighbours of Bridie ..(always known to us as Cis.) She was a true lady. Patient, warm, generous and approachable, with  a lovely welcoming nature.
Cis was a woman of formidable strength,  yet with a gentleness and kindness of nature difficult to compare.
She was always a woman who took the time to show great compassion to others.  She was a lady of great faith and reverence lived, who prayed for others in their challenges of life and celebrated their joys with divine gratitude.

My late parents (Maureen & Tim) thought of her respectfully and admirably.

Cis was a respectful and talented lady who spent  many decades actively involved in the Apostolic Society.  She will always be fondly remembered as a warm, light-hearted, positive, encouraging and friendly woman who had great talent for baking and an attention to detail and presentation, in the sewing of vestments and dedication and  drive for philanthropy and charity. She epitomised demonstrably (in my memory) the three cardinal virtues of Faith, Hope & Charity.

Cis will be dearly missed and fondly remembered. Suaimhneas síoraí dá hanam dílis. Go dtuga Dia solas na bhflaitheas uirthi.
