What an amazing woman, intelligent, gentle, kind, generous and an incredibly strong woman who welcomed everyone. Bridget had many heartfelt tragedies to cope with in her life but carried on. Bridget not only raised her own family but incredibly others too.

I have numerous fond memories of Bridget over the years and the hustle and bustle of the post office. Many years ago, Bridget sending over to myself and a friend who were on Inishbiggle fishing a complete roast dinner!
