Cloooneyquinn, Elphin, Co Roscommon (10th June, 2026) – peacefully, after a short illness bravely borne; in the presence of her devoted family and in the loving care of the nurses and staff at University Hospital Galway.
Predeceased by her husband Dermot, sisters Marion and Kathleen, brother P.J., and parents Brian and Mary.
Bernie will be sadly missed beyond words by her children Declan, Olivia and Andrea, grandchildren Diarmuid, Áine, Dáithí, Éabha and Séan, sisters Pauline and Margaret, niece Joan, together with her extended family, close friends and neighbours.
Rest in peace.
Reposing at the family home (F45 N278) on Friday, 12th June from 3pm with removal at 6.30pm to St. Catherine’s Church, Killina arriving at 7pm.
Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am.
Bernie will be laid to rest afterwards in Tulsk Cemetery.
