Anthony-Togher

Ballymacsheeron, Binghamstown, Belmullet, Co. Mayo – peacefully at the Áras Deirbhle Nursing Home, Belmullet in his 96th year on 1st January 2026.

Predeceased by his parents Pat and Cecily Togher, brothers Paddy, Martin, John and Michael and sisters Mary and Susan.

Anthony will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his sister Bridgie (Birmingham, England), nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

May His Kind and Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Anthony will lie in repose at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Saturday evening from 4.30 until 6 o’clock with the funeral arriving at St. Joseph’s Church, Binghamstown at 7 o’clock.

Funeral Mass on Sunday morning at 10.30 followed by burial in Cross Cemetery.

Live-streaming of the Funeral Mass will be available for viewing on McDonnell Funeral Directors Facebook page on Sunday morning at 10.30 with all other funeral services available for viewing from 5 o’clock on Sunday evening.
