Anthony Conway (better known as Tony),
Gorthmellia Strand, Barnatra, Ballina, Co. Mayo – peacefully at the residence of his daughter Mary Reilly and son-in-law John Reilly (Ballinaboy) – surrounded by his loving family, on Monday 26th August, in his 94th year.
Predeceased by his wife Ellen Conway, son Joseph Conway, parents Anthony and Mary Conway, brothers Paddy, Johnny Tommy and his grandson John Francis Jnr.
Tony will be sadly missed by his daughters Mary Reilly (Ballinaboy), Nora Doherty (Inver), Ann Rowan (London) and son Pat (Glengad), his sisters Mary Doherty (Donegal), Annie O’Mahony (London), brothers Eamon (London) and Mickey (Brighton), his sons-in-law John Reilly, John Francis Doherty and Tom Rowan, his daughter-in-law Ann Conway, his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

Remains reposing at Healy’s Funeral Home, Bar na Trá (F26 DY62) on Wednesday evening, 28th August from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock with removal afterwards to his residence in Gorthmellia Strand.
Removal from his residence on Thursday, 29th August at 12 noon to arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Inver (F26 NX51), for Funeral Mass at 1 o’clock.
Burial afterwards in Inver Cemetery.
