Annette Casey (née Kennedy),
 
Woodville House, St. Patrick’s Academy, Islandeady, Co. Mayo and formerly of Boyle, Co. Roscommon – peacefully, at Cuan Chaitriona Nursing Home, Castlebar.
 
Predeceased by her husband Stephen, mother Pauline and sister Maura.
 
Deeply regretted by her loving sons Damien (Westport), Simon (Islandeady), Damien’s partner Ciara, grandchildren William and Sarah, cousins, relatives, neighbours, past pupils at St Patrick’s Academy and friends.
 
Rest in peace Annette.
 
Reposing at the Coady Funeral Home, Castlebar on Monday evening from 5.30pm until 7pm, followed by removal to The Church of The Holy Rosary Castlebar.
 
Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11 o clock with private burial afterwards.
 
Mass will be streamed live at http://www.churchtv.ie/castlebar or listened to in Castlebar on the Parish Radio Channel 105.3FM.
 
House strictly private, please. Family flowers only. Donations to ALONE.
