Anne Toher (neé Keady)

Owerbeg, Headford, Co. Galway – peacefully, at Friars Lodge Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family and caring staff on 21st August 2025.

Predeceased by her husband Michael, parents John and Nora, siblings Mary Lee, Bridgie Glover, John and Paddy.

Anne will be sadly missed by her loving sister Nora Burke (Caherlistrane), children John, Brigid, Micheal (Mike), Paraic and Kathleen, daughters-in-law Barbara Conneely, Sandra Coyne, Martina Killeen and Kathleen’s partner Dave Lucey, grandchildren Daniel, Aisling, Lorna, Michael, Mark, Patrick, Gerrard and Emma, great-grandchildren Freya and Killian, nieces, nephews, cousins, wonderful neighbours and friends.

May her kind and gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Carey’s Funeral Home, Claran Road, Headford, H91E6X9 on Saturday, 23rd of August from 6pm with removal at 8pm to St. Mary’s Church, Claran, H91A030.

Funeral Mass on Sunday morning at 11:30am with burial afterwards in Killursa cemetery.
