I am so sorry to hear the sad news about my dear friend. Ann & I atarted around the same time in Breaffy House Hotel back in 1985 & we soldered together for many years & became great friends, before Ann moved on to open Cafe Rua. She gave me my first real interest in fine food & wine.
Ann was an inspiration to many many young people, allways teaching, encouraging, coaching, mentoring & sharing her vast knowledge of food. The hospitality has lost an icon.
Ann was a beautifull kind person, i will allways remember you, Rest in Peace Ann.
