The Ballina Scout Group has received welcome news this week with regards to the planned new Community Scout Centre.
Tenders have gone out for the building, which will provide a new Den and Community Centre in Belleek.
This comes following a €1.15 million allocation from the Department of Rural & Community Development towards the project – the single biggest investment in the 60 year history of the Ballina Scouts Group.
