Water caution urged this Bank Holiday Weekend

Over a third of people don’t know what to do if they see someone in distress in the water.

Water Safety Ireland, the Coast Guard, and the RNLI are collectively appealing for people to be cautious at beauty spots this Bank Holiday Weekend.

They are recommending all boats and watercraft, including kayaks and canoes, be thoroughly inspected and maintained after the winter season.
