A local councillor says there is still a lot of uncertainty around the nature restoration law for farmers.
The Nature Restoration Law is a regulation of the European Union to protect the EU environments and restore its nature to a good ecological state through renaturation.
Councillor Patsy O’Brien fears many younger farmers may not continue in the profession due to the lack of certainty in the industry at the minute.
