Two people were brought to hospital late yesterday afternoon following a collision on the N17.
An incident involving two vehicles took place at the first roundabout entering Collooney from the Tubbercurry side, shortly before 4:00pm.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene, with extensive delays reported by motorists as a result.
Both drivers involved in the collision were conveyed to Sligo University Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The N17 is fully open to traffic this morning.
