Gardaí have launched an investigation into a suspected petrol bomb attack in Sligo.
The incident occurred in the Finisklin area of Sligo Town in the early hours of this morning.
Gardaí have issued a statement, revealing that they received a report of an incident of criminal damage by fire on the Finisklin Road around 3:00am.
No injuries have been reported.
This comes one month after a petrol bomb attack at a house in the Cranmore area, situated on the other side of Sligo Town, on March 27.
It is unclear as to whether the two attacks are linked.
Investigating Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to last night’s incident.
