492 admitted patients are on trolleys in hospitals this morning.
The INMO says 335 of those are in emergency departments, while 157 are in wards.
University Hospital Limerick accounts for the largest number of people waiting for beds, with 97, followed by Cork University Hospital and Sligo University Hospital with 35 patients on trolleys.
Elsewhere, in this region there are 33 patients on trolleys at University Hospital Galway, 22 at Mayo University Hospital and one patient on a trolley today at Portiuncula University Hospital in Ballinasloe.
