669 patients are on trolleys in hospitals around the country this morning.
The INMO says 430 of those are in emergency departments, while 239 are in wards elsewhere.
University Hospital Limerick accounts for the largest number of people waiting for beds, with 123, followed by Cork University Hospital and Sligo University Hospital at 61.
Elsewhere, in this region there are 43 patients on trolleys at University Hospital Galway, 31 at Mayo University Hospital and eight at Portiuncula University Hospital in Ballinasloe.
