Former Ireland and Ulster rugby captain Rory Best is setting off on his ‘Miles 2 Mayo’ challenge today, with more than one million euro already raised for Cancer Fund for Children.
Rory, along with a group of business leaders and friends, will walk nine marathons over nine days, beginning in Derry and finishing in Cong, County Mayo.
The challenge aims to raise further funds and awareness for the charity, which supports children and families affected by cancer across the island of Ireland.
