People from all over Mayo are being encouraged to take part in this year’s Relay for Life.
The event, which takes place in Westport over the 17th and 18th of May celebrates and remembers those who have and are fighting cancer.
The first two years have focused on locations around Westport but this year they are encouraging families, community groups or work colleagues from all over Mayo take part.
People can donate to the event or you can support by buying a Candle of Hope bag for the ceremony on May 17th at dusk for an evening of music and remembrance.
