A warning’s going out to people to prevent wildfires this weekend.
The Department of Agriculture has a Red – Extreme Fire risk in place until midday on Monday due to the hot weather.
It comes as a High Temperature warning for the whole country will kick in at noon today until 6am tomorrow.
Irish Farmers Association President Francie Gorman has this advice for people.
