A Status Yellow Rain warning has been issued for Mayo and Galway.
This warning will take effect tomorrow (Good Friday) morning at 6:00am, lasting until 9:00pm tomorrow night.
Spells of rain are to be expected, which will be heavy at times.
Localised flooding has also been listed by Met Éireann as a possible impact.
Cork and Kerry are also under a warning from 11:00pm tonight until 12 noon on Friday.
A number of counties in the South East are under a warning from 6:00am Friday morning until 6:00am Saturday morning.
