An Post is inviting everyone in Ireland to write a ‘Letter to My Future Self’ outlining their hopes, dreams and plans for the year ahead. In May 2026 each person’s letter will be delivered back to them giving participants the chance to reflect on where they were and how far they’ve come. And it’s all free of charge.
Simply take a moment during the month of April and write your intentions to yourself in a letter. Pop it in an envelope and be sure to write your full name and return address in the top left-hand corner. Send it to Letter to My Future Self, PO Box 13812, Freepost FDN7725, Dublin 1.
The latest ‘Letter to My Future Self’ campaign gives people of all ages the chance to put pen to paper and send themselves hopes for the year ahead, dreams, goals, special memories or those little reminders that we don’t want to forget.
