Pilgrim Passports will be officially launched this Wednesday across the nation.
This initiative applies to those who wish to take pilgrimage at any of three shrines across the west & north west – Croagh Patrick, Knock Shrine and Lough Derg.
Anyone who completes the pilgrimage at either of the Mayo or Donegal sites will receive a stamp on their Pilgrim Passport.
A person who completes all three can receive a special commemorative Jubilee Year Pilgrims Medal.
People are being invited to make pilgrimage at all three sites in the Jubilee Year Pilgrims of Hope 2025.
Administrator of the Parish of Westport, Fr. John Kenny, has been giving more information to Midwest Radio’s Rian Bailey about the initiative.
