Pilgrim Passports will be officially launched in the coming week.
These are for people who undertake pilgrimage to three of Ireland’s holy sites, which includes two in Mayo.
Croagh Patrick and Knock Shrine are included in the initiative along with Lough Derg.
People are being invited to make pilgrimage to all three shrines in the Jubilee Year Pilgrims of Hope 2025.
When all three pilgrimages have been completed, pilgrims can receive a special commemorative Jubilee Year Pilgrims Medal.
