Yesterday Paddington Bear’s statue was back in place in Westport.
The very popular installation was removed earlier in the week to receive some touch-ups.
Mayo County Council announced on Monday last that the much-loved landmark on the Fairgreen was to be removed to perform repairs to his paintwork.
After just four days the statue is back in place, much to the happiness of tourists and locals.
