An Irish MEP will take the lead in setting the European Parliament’s position on the new Common Agricultural Policy.
Fine Gael’s Sean Kelly, has been chosen to compile key reports for the European Parliament’s Environment Committee, including its positions on CAP, food safety, climate, and animal welfare for the period of 2028 to 2034.
