A new hotel will open next Spring in Westport.
The Grace, Westport Estate, will form part of the 430-acre estate transformation, which also includes the restoration of Westport House and the creation of new visitor experiences.
Opening in February 2026, the 129-room hotel will offer a welcoming return, whether guests spend the day exploring the West, enjoying the estate, or simply taking time to relax indoors.
The Grace is inspired by two iconic women connected to Mayo, Grace O’Malley, the 16th-century Pirate Queen, and Hollywood icon Grace Kelly, and draws on their shared spirit of bold elegance and independence.
Set just moments from the 300-year-old Westport House within Westport Estate’s 430-acre grounds, the hotel will offer an atmosphere of slow luxury, a place to unwind in style and enjoy moments of stillness and renewal.
General manager of the Grace Ciaran Reidy says the project is coming along really well.
