Slow down, plan your journey and obey the rules of the road – that’s the message from An Garda Siochana ahead of a busy bank holiday weekend on the roads
They have launched their bank holiday road safety campaign yesterday – alongside the Road Safety Authority.
95 people have been killed in fatal road collisions so far this year.
There will be an increased garda presence on the roads until Wednesday next.
