Property prices in County Mayo have stayed steady during the first quarter of the year, according to the latest MyHome Property Price Report.
The median asking price for a property in the county is still at €195,000.
Along with Roscommon and Sligo, Mayo was the third most affordable county in the country in the first three months of 2025.
Prices, meanwhile, have risen by €6,500 compared to this time last year.
