Market rents in Connacht continue to rise

Rents jumped by almost 6 per cent last year.

Tenants were paying 1 thousand 596 euro on average, according to the Daft.ie report for Quarter Four of 2024.

Limerick City recorded the highest increase year-on-year, at 19 per cent – followed by Leitrim at 13 per cent.

Market rents in Connacht rose 6.7% year-on-year.
