The service station and energy company, headquartered in Galway, and founded in Claremorris, is opening 100 new stores over the next 5 years.
The announcement represents a doubling of its current workforce, and comes just weeks after Corrib Oil announced a franchise partnership with the US fast food chain Wendy’s.
The jobs which will be in locations right across Ireland include roles in store management, operations, logistics and head office support.
Motorists travelling on the N58 and N26 will experience delays.
