The driver of a lorry which overturned this morning close to Cloonfad has been brought to hospital.
Gardaí responded to reports of a single vehicle collision in the Cornabanny area of Cloonfad, on the road towards Williamstown, at approximately 5:30am.
The lorry driver, a man in his 40s, was brought to Mayo University Hospital as a precaution following the collision.
The road remains closed to traffic.
