Earlier this afternoon the details of Budget 2026 were confirmed, when Minister’s Paschal Donohoe and Jack Chambers confirmed how the state’s funds will be spent for the coming year.
It was described by Minister Donohoe as a budget designed to invest in the future. However, many sectors are unhappy with what was revealed in today’s spending plan, and the effects it will have on people in the short term.
