A mass in St Peter’s Square this morning, has marked the start of nine days of mourning for Pope Francis.
The church where he’s buried – Rome’s Santa Maria Maggiore – is also reopening to the public, so people can visit his tomb.
Cardinals will gather in the Sistine Chapel next month, to start voting for his replacement.
Up to 400,000 mourners from across the globe turned out for yesterday’s funeral.
