Heathrow service resumes at Ireland West Airport

Aer Lingus flights are getting back to normal today after major disruption at London’s Heathrow Airport.

1,300 flights were hit yesterday due to a substation blaze near to the airport on Thursday night.

Aer Lingus says it is working hard to help passengers apply for refunds and change flights without a fee.

The service from Ireland West Airport to London Heathrow has returned to normal serviced today.
