There’s great excitement in the North Mayo capital of Ballina today, as the local senior football team Ballina Stephenites bid to win their third Mayo Senior Football Championship in a row this Sunday.
Niall Heffernan’s team will take on Westport in Hastings Insurance MacHale Park, Castlebar with a throw in time of 4:00pm.

Yesterday, we heard from young students in Westport ahead of Sunday’s game, and today Michael D. visited Culleens National School in Ballina.
