Global uncertainty and concerns over tariffs could affect the Irish economy.

The ESRI’s Quarterly Economic Commentary shows we entered the year in good shape with a strong labour market.

But a ‘tit-for-tat’ tariff war between the EU and the US could bring increases in unemployment and inflation.
