Funding of €17,350 has been announced for Inishturk Seafest and taste of Innishturk under the Agri‑Food Tourism call, funded through the 2026 Rural Innovation and Development Fund.
Operated by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, this year’s approvals include a significant investment for Inishturk Seafest, a flagship community‑led initiative celebrating the island’s rich maritime heritage, local food culture, and unique coastal environment.
This is significant funding for the island ahead of what promises to be a busy summer season.
